Welcome to the DelMarVa
Florida State University Alumni Club...
Are you a Florida State University graduate or devoted friend of the university and live in the Delmarva area; lower southeastern Delaware, eastern shore of Maryland, or northeastern neck of Virginia on the Atlantic shore?
Join us in developing a strong FSU alumni club on the Delmarva peninsula. There are a surprisingly large number of FSU alumni in the area.
We get together for FSU football game watching parties and have a great time meeting new FSU alums and making new friends. During football season the Seminole Club of Delmarva has been getting together to cheer on our beloved Noles at the Brew River Pub in Salisbury. Check out the BrewRiver Pub's website.
We have the support of the FSU alumni association in our efforts to establish an alumni club on Delmarva but in order to be successful we need the support of all our fellow Seminoles. The success of a club here is dependant on all of us getting together to help our beloved FSU.

Our club happily joined hands with the Seminole Club of Baltimore in October 2006 to decorate the team hotel when the football team came to play the University of Maryland. The team arrived to a sea of garnet and gold balloons, posters, banners and cheering alumni. The club also helped at the happy hour event co-sponsored by the Baltimore club, national alumni association and the DC Noles, which was attended by local and traveling out of state devoted FSU alumni.

FSU Baseball is Here !
No Game Watching Party this week
Watch your local listings to catch a game on television. If you don't see updated information, please contact the club for the location and time of the game watching party or any club events. Be sure to follow our men's baseball team as the ACC and NCAA tournaments are approaching. FSU is rated #5 nationally.
During football season we meet at Brew River Pub in Salisbury, if the game is available on Comcast. We are always looking for suggestions of other places to watch the games.
The FSU v. MD football game will be in College Park this fall on 11/22/08. |
